We know the rapidly developing coronavirus situation can be overwhelming. We have spent thirty years bringing members tools and resources to help prepare for events just like this. Below is a collection of resources, programs, and information to help you navigate this crisis. We will update this page in the future as necessary.   • CSD HR HelplineGuidance for human resources issues. Includes access to no-cost attorney hotline. Also features up-to-date guidance on complying with recently passed COVID-19-related legislation. Free to all CSD members.
  • SmartNoticeMass communication tool used to contact teams and organizations quickly and easily through text, phone call, or email. Free to all CSD members.
  • TargetSolutionsProvides online training on topics such as safety, hazardous materials, bloodborne pathogens, and a new course on COVID-19. General safety content is free to all CSD members.
  • Safety Grant ProgramFor a limited time, qualifying members can receive up to 100% reimbursement on purchases related to safety and loss prevention surrounding COVID-19-related expenses. This includes pandemic supplies such as deep cleaning services, disinfectants, gloves, and masks. Complete a COVID-19 grant application here.

NOTE: Telemedicine is a great way to bypass in-person office visits and reduce risk of COVID-19 transmission for a new work injury. To use this option for new WC claims, contact us for an updated designated provider letter. You may also contact your current WC providers to see if telemedicine is available for employees with existing claims.
