No-Fault Sewer And Water Backup Coverage Overview

| Our No-Fault Sewer and Water Backup Program responds to damage to a district’s customer’s home or business without, regardless of fault and is in excess of any other collectible coverage that may apply. |
The immediate cleaning and restoration of an affected home for purposes of reducing the damage. |
Any district that operates water or wastewater public works. (Water, Sanitation, Conservancy, Irrigation, Metropolitan, etc.) |
| Out of pocket expenses, which can include an insurance deductible, incurred within one (1) year from the date of the initial event/occurrence will be considered. Coverage is subject to a $10,000 limit per residential premises and $10,000 limit per commercial premises, up to a $200,000 maximum per intrusion and/or backup event. |
