Vector Solutions - Water and Wastewater Credentials FAQ

FAQs

How do I assign myself a credential?

Log into your Vector Solutions platform and click on “My Credentials.” From there, select the credential you want, add in your own start and expiration date, and click save.

Supervisors can add credentials by navigating to the “Manage Users” tab, selecting the user, and then
clicking the “Credentials” button to “Add Credential.”

A full list of credentials offered can be found on our website. If you need assistance assigning
credentials, please email info@csdpool.org.

How do I make sure my credential is sent to Colorado Certified Water Professionals?

Once you assign yourself a credential, you will need to complete the course ahead of the expiration date. Fully complete the course, take any applicable exam at the end of the course, and click submit once done to ensure the process is complete.

Vector Solutions sends completed Water and Wastewater credentials to Colorado Certified Water Professionals (CCWP) automatically.

When will I receive notice from CCWP that my Training Units (TUs) are ready to claim?

You will receive a notification via CCWP at info@coloradocwp.com, which typically occurs on following
Wednesday after you have completed a credential in Vector Solutions. The CCWP notification will alert
you about TUs available to claim.

What if it has been a while and my courses have not been reported?

If ten days have passed since completion and you have not heard from CCWP about claiming TUs, email
Vector’s support, which is dedicated to public entities: support.publicsector@vectorsolutions.com

How do I claim my TUs?

You will claim TUs via CCWP. Continue to your CCWP login portal to claim TUs, completing the process for certification.

How do I renew a certification or check the availability of TUs through CCWP?
How do I find out which courses have already been reported to CCWP?

The Colorado Special Districts Pool and Vector Solutions are independent entities from CCWP. If you have questions regarding CCWP’s processes, TUs, or which courses have been reported to CCWP, email them at info@coloradocwp.com
