Once your application gets you in the door, the interview is the best opportunity to communicate how you are the best fit for the job opportunity. How you communicate about yourself can make all of the difference in landing your next job. In this workshop, participants will prepare for different interview formats, gain a better understanding of how to answer interview questions, and learn how to make a good impression.

About the Presenter:

Brian Haggerty resides in Colorado and is a Project Consultant with CPS HR Consulting. He holds an M.A. in HR Management, Webster University, Colorado He is an experienced professional with over 15 years of compensation and classification expertise in both private and public sector organizations and has broad experience with both point factoring and market-based job analysis.  He possesses a Masters of HR Management, and currently teaches graduate level classes in HR Management and Benefits and Compensation at two different universities in Denver, CO.  Mr. Haggerty has assisted many organizations with developing compensation policies and practices, as well as compensation and total reward philosophies that align with their business strategies to build out other programs.  He has also assisted organizations with developing spot award and short-term incentive programs to help shape and build upon their recognition platforms.
